The principal of Court Officer Services Group, Chris V. McCardell, a graduate of Wayne State University's Criminal Justice Program, has been a licensed private detective since 1988. He has been involved in judicial recovery and asset investigation exclusively for the last 10 years.

Chris is also a Certified Court Officer through MCODSA and participates in continuing education and stays abreast of all developments in the law relating to our business.

The most important standard of our business is Liability and Client Satisfaction. Our goal in any case is to limit the liability so that no unnecessary court appearances are required. We do not do something if our auctions are likely to expose us or our clients to unnecessary liability.
