Court Officer Services Group specializes in Court Ordered Seizures. We have years of experience in locating defendant's assets and client's collateral through multiple investigative tools. We are able to utilize multiple computer based sources to assist our investigation into the whereabouts of the defendant. These computer sources help identify possible assets.

The computer resources along with effective field investigations with officers "pounding the pavement" checking all possible addresses and personally speaking with residents and neighbors in order to follow up and eliminate all bad leads.

Our officers exhaust all efforts to locate and seize your collateral, i.e. legally accessing garages and other non-residential buildings in order to take possession of the asset.

Once your collateral or the defendant's assets have been seized, the items must be liquidated.

We have developed a network of experienced auction and liquidation services which assist our clients in getting the highest price for the items being liquidated. This means more cash going toward the deficiency balance.

We have weekly auctions through Premier Auto Auctions. We have vast experience with eBay auctions for other items that would be better sold in an online auction.

Court Officer Services Group is a licensed private investigative company. We specialize in asset investigation. We utilize many online services including direct access with Michigan Secretary of State information. Our investigators are skilled in Court and Register of Deeds research.

We are also associated with other Court Officers and Process Servers throughout Michigan by being active members in MCODSA.
